Last night, members of Local 60 gathered at the Farr Street Tavern in Scranton, Pennsylvania, to honor two recent retirees from the fire department, Captain EJ Gallagher and Lieutenant John Joyce. The informal celebration was organized by Local 60 member Lieutenant Billy Boock. During the event, both retirees were presented with gifts created by Boock that reflected their careers. Attendees expressed their gratitude and well wishes to the retirees as they move into this new chapter of their lives.
