Documentary Explores Music Censorship's Cultural Impact

The Albright Memorial Library in Scranton, Pennsylvania, is hosting two screenings of the documentary film "Cover Your Ears," which examines the impact of music censorship on the public's perception of art and music. The screenings are scheduled for Wednesday, September 25 at 2 PM and Thursday, September 26 at 6 PM.

The documentary highlights the influence of music, from protest songs to popular hits, on culture, and investigates how censorship has affected artistic expression. The library is located at 500 Vine Street, Scranton, PA 18509, and the phone number for inquiries is 570-348-3000.

The event is part of a PA Forward® initiative aimed at promoting basic literacy.
