Stronger storms east of the Genesee Valley to the North Country may produce isolated damaging wind gusts. The locations mentioned in the alert include Barrie, Kitchener, Peterborough, Ottawa, Ogdensburg, Watertown, Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo, Hornell, Sayre, Scranton, Erie, and Warren.
