Scranton Public Library offers after-school activities for teens

The Scranton Public Library in Scranton, PA is offering a series of after-school activities for teenagers aged 12-18 throughout September. These programs are designed for teens to unwind after school and explore new interests.

The events will take place in the Tech Lab, located in the basement of the Lackawanna County Children's Library at 500 Vine Street.

Scheduled events include an Ice Breaker Teen Game Night on September 5th from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Participants can play Nintendo Switch, Oculus, and board games.

On September 12th from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, there will be a Puzzle Race for Teens featuring a Spiderman-themed 500-piece jigsaw puzzle race.

The Teen Cinema Club will screen DreamWorks Animation's Kung Fu Panda 4 on September 19th from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Lastly, the Teen Anime Club will take place on September 26th from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Participants will make their own gummy candies and watch season one of Jujutsu Kaisen.
